This Privacy Policy explains how BAM Photography and Modeling (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information submitted through our website, including our creator management application.

What We Collect Through the Application

Our initial application asks for:

• Your name, age, and country of residence
• Links to your public social media profiles
• If you do not have public social media, pictures or videos (uploads or links) for evaluation
• Whether you have existing verified adult creator accounts, and on which platforms
• Whether you currently work with another agency
• How many hours per week you can dedicate to content creation
• The smartphone you currently use
• A short description of yourself and your goals
• Your email address and Telegram handle
• Confirmation that you are at least 18 years old

We do not ask for a government ID, passwords, or payment information through the application. Pictures or videos may be required when you do not have public social media profiles. Identity and age verification, if you move forward, happen later in the onboarding process, through a separate and secure process.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to evaluate your application, review your public social media presence, and contact you if we believe we may be a good fit. Information you submit is treated as confidential and is used only for evaluating and communicating with potential creators.

Where Your Information Is Stored

Application submissions are stored in a private, access-controlled database (Airtable) and may generate internal email notifications sent through our email provider (Resend). We do not sell your information, and we do not publicly display or share your application with anyone outside our team.

Session Data in Your Browser

While you are filling out the application, your in-progress answers are temporarily kept in your browser’s session storage so that accidentally closing and reopening the form does not erase your answers. This temporary data is cleared automatically once your application is submitted, and is never permanently stored if you abandon the application.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand general site usage, such as how many people view the page or start an application. We do not send the content of your answers to any analytics service, and we do not use session-replay tools that record what you type.

Security Checks

Our application form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly bot-protection check, to help reduce automated spam submissions. This check may process limited technical information about your browser session according to Cloudflare’s own privacy practices.

Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request that we delete it, unless we are required to keep it for a legitimate business or legal reason.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
